Chilli Mackerel

This dish is made by husband, this is one of his batchelor's dish. I really enjoy this a lot with both rice or bread. Easy to make, yet tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
Canned Mackerel in tomato sauce- 1 can
Onion-1 medium sized chopped finely
Green chilli-2 sliced lengthway
Green pepper- 1/2 chopped
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick- 1/2 inch
Methi seeds- 1/4 tsp
Oil-1/2 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
Heat oil in a wide pan, add cinnamon and methi seeds. Now add the onions and green chilli, keep stirring till the onion becomes translucent. Add the mackerel, spice powder, green pepper and salt mix well. Cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes in medium heat. If you want dry, cook the fish until all the water is absorbed and looks dry.
Serve warm with rice or bread.

Nice recipe! I know guys use a lot of tin fish and other tinned food, but its very high in sodium content and can increase the uric acid levels :(
Lovely presentation!
