Serves 4 to 5, Makes about 20 pieces.Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken- 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Bread- 4 slices
Put the bread slices in a food processor, puls it make fine bread crumbs. Take it out and set aside.
Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces, add the chicken, spices and salt in the food processor, pulse it until the chicken is well ground. Take small balls from the chicken, roll it in the breadcrumbs, flatten it slightly.
Repeat it with rest of the chicken.
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying, add the chicken pieces one by one and fry it in medium heat on both sides until they turn golden brown in colour.
Serve the nuggets with tomato ketchup and salad. You can also use these nuggets for burger.
