Whole Wheat Avocado Payasam

I tried to use lots of healthy ingredients in my cooking, but some times it gets stuck in my store cupboard without knowing what to do, one among those ingredients is whole wheat, after seeing  Priya's Easy N Tasty Recipes  i got this idea of using whole wheat in sweet, i'm sure in this blogshere, there will be no one, without knowing her, to check out all her innovative and mouthwatering dishes click here.
Also this blogshere is also bringing out the creativity of each one in every aspects right from innovative recipes to fabulous clicks and amazing images. Coming to the recipe now......
Ingredients:
Whole milk- 1 cup
Avocado-1
Honey-3 tbsp or Sugar-1/4 cup( vary the amount and type of sweet according to your taste)
Vermicilli-1/4 cup broken
Whole wheat-1/4 cup
Rose water-1 tsp
Method:
Soak the whole wheat in water for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water to the milk and boil it in a pan along with whole wheat and vermicilli, cook until the vermicilli and wheat are soft. Slice the avocado into half, remove the seed, scoop out the flesh using a spoon till the green part at the bottom, this will give you a lovely green colour.
Blend the avocado with little milk or mash it with a fork to smooth without any big lumps. Add the mashed  or pureed avocado to the boiling milk and stir well. Now add honey or sugar and stir well until it's completely dissolved. Finally add the rosewater and switch off the flame. Serve warm or cold.
